Under normal turnaround
times, within 3 days of our receipt, units are
tested, completely disassembled, analyzed and evaluated. This evaluation
is
at no charge. A knowledgeable professional will then call or fax an exact
repair price and you will receive your completed and fully tested repair
within 5 to 10 days of your authorization. Customers are immediately
notified if a longer lead time is expected. Each serviced unit is completely
documented and comes with a comprehensive detailed service report for
your
records and quality certification requirements.
